澳大利亚在此次CIC活动中共实施CIC检查480艘次,其中发现CIC相关缺陷14条,去重后,其主要缺陷列表如下:
1、RECORD OF ENGINE PARAMETERS FOR MAIN & AUX ENGS IS NOT COMPLETED AS PER THE APPROVED ON BOARD VERIFICATION PROCEDURE.
2、AUXILIARY ENGINE RECORD BOOK OF ENGINE PARAMETERS NOT AVAILABLE.
3、MAIN ENGINE RECORD BOOK OF ENGINE PARAMETERS NOT MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED NOX TECHNICAL FILE ON BOARD NOX VERIFICATION PROCEDURE.
4、BUNKER DELIVERY NOTES PREVIOUS TO JULY 2018 NOT PRESENTED.
5、INCINERATOR INOPERATIVE.
6、NO EVIDENCE THAT THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON FOR OPERATING THE INCINERATOR BEING TRAINED AS PER MARPOLANNEX VI.
7、RECORD OF CHANGE OVER OF FUEL OIL WHEN ENTERING AND LEAVING SECA IS NOT BEING RECORDED IN A LOG BOOK AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ADMINISTRATION (PANAMA, OIL RECORD BOOK, PART 3, B3).
小结
在澳大利亚所开具的14条缺陷中,涉及到Q7(氮氧化物)和Q8(焚烧炉)的缺陷最多,分别有8条、4条,占比达到57%、29%,值得关注。

韩国在此次CIC活动中共实施CIC检查468艘次,滞留1艘次,其中发现CIC相关缺陷76条,去重后,其主要缺陷列表如下:

5、NITROGEN OXIDES TECHNICAL FILE NOT RECORDED PROPERLY SINCE JAN 2018
6、APPROVAL NUMBER FOR ALL GENERATOR ENGINE TECHNICAL FILES DIFFERENT WITH ENGINE INTERNATIONAL AIR POLLUTION PREVENTION CERTIFICATES.
7、BUNKER DELIVERY NOTES NOT KEPT ON BOARD FOR 3 YEARS.
8、INCINERATOR NOT OPERATED IMMEDIATELY ; CREW NOT MAINTAINED PERIODICALLY.
9、SHIPS INCINERATOR DEFECTIVE - FAIL TO IGNITE.

在韩国所开具的76条缺陷中,涉及到Q6(消耗臭氧物质)、Q7(氮氧化物)和Q1(加油单)的缺陷最多,分别有31条、13条、12条,占比达到40%、17%、16%,值得关注。
