某日一三管问焚烧炉炉膛烧坏了怎么补，后来有弟兄上传了一份资料，感觉不错，今日就借花献佛。

Stage 1不易燃烧物质 

Accumulation of incombustible material，Incombustible materialis piled up on the furnace. The corrosive gas will be generated after the chemical reaction.Please clean the furnace after the operation of incinerator.
不易燃物质堆积在炉膛上, 化学反应后会产生腐蚀性气体,请焚烧炉运行后及时清理炉膛。  
阶段2：腐蚀开始 

Starting of corrosion The refractory start corroding by the corrosive gas penetrated through the pores.Please remove the corrosive part and patch up the area.Recommend material:Mono-Pack.
耐火材料开始腐蚀，腐蚀性气体通过孔隙渗透, 请将腐蚀部位拆除并修补。 推荐材料:Mono-Pack。  
Stage 3

Falling of refractory
material The corroded refractory start falling to the place that is not supported by anchor hooks. Please remove the corrosive part and patch up the area. Recommend material:Mono-Pack.腐蚀的耐火材料开始落到没有锚钩支撑的地方,请将腐蚀部位拆除并修补。 推荐材料:Mono-Pack。  
Stage 4

Corrosion reaches to casing plate The corrosion reaches to and damage casing plate. Please scoop out the corrosive refractory and plaster the area. The major repairing work is required at this stage.Recommend material:Plibrico.
当腐蚀波及并损坏箱体板，请将有腐蚀性的耐火材料挖出来，用灰泥抹掉。 在这个阶段应进行主要的修理工作。  推荐材料:  Plibrico  
How to maintain The maintenance of refractory often compared to dental treatment The lifetime of the refractory is mostly depends on how the maintenance has been carried out. The daily cleaning routine at the stage 1 is very important in order to maintain the refractory in sound condition.If the damage progresses into stage 2 or 3 please patch up as the procedure mentioned on next page.Following tools are useful for the cleaning and patching up the refractory material.如何保持  耐火材料的保养常与***治疗相比较，耐火材料的寿命主要取决于保养工作的进行情况。为了使耐火材料保持良好的状态，在第1阶段的日常清洁是非常重要的。  如果损坏进展到第二或第三阶段，请按照下一页提到的程序修补。 以下工具是有用的清洁和修补耐火材料。  

1. Remove the corroded

2. Clean the su***ce 

3. Wet the su***ce with 

4. Knead the “Mono-Pack" part using hammer. using wire brush etc. water. adding a little water.

2.清洁表面。3.湿润表面。4. 揉捏“Mono-Pack”  部分，使用锤、 钢丝刷加一点水等。

5.  Plaster the “Mono-Pack” 

6.  Repeat 4 & 5 process 

7.  Finish with trowel or 

8.  Do not operate the  firmly pressing by hands.  and fix the shape.  hands.  incinerator 24 hours after  finish patching up  Please order the “Mono-Pack" material to Sunflame Co..  Ltd.

最后我想船上平时还是要备一些耐火泥之类的，以备不时之需！
