1. A/8.1 Is a Ship Security Assessment (SSA) attached to this SSP?
2. A/8.2 Was the SSA conducted by a person (s) with the appropriate skills to evaluate the ship security in accordance with guidelines of part B of ISPS Code?
A/8.2 Does the SSP include a copy of the training certificate (CSO/SSO COURSE) or other appropriate document of the person who conducted the SSA?
3. A/8.4 Does the SSA include an "on-scene security survey"?
A/8.4 Is the location noted where the "on-scene security survey" was conducted?
A/8.4 Does the "on-scene security survey" address at least the following elements:
A/8.4.1 Identification of existing security measures, procedures and operations?
A/8.4.2 Identification and evaluation of key shipboard operations that is important to protect?
