'Well Said' is excellent especially for intermediate students. Another great pronunciation text is Sue Miller's 'Targeting Pronunciation.' I find 'Targeting' more suitable for high intermediate to advanced classes. For self-study, I'd recommend Barron's 'American Accent Training.' For beginners,
we use 'Small Talk Jazz Chants' along with the 'New Interchange' series. The pronunciation features of 'New Interchange' are VERY useful.
