应急消防泵操作规

EMERGENCY FIRE PUMP OPERATION GUIDE

 

1、启动前准备

（1）. 确认泵进出口阀处于正确开关状态。

Ensure the inlet and outlet valve of the pump in correct condition.

 

（2）手动盘车检查泵及马达是否运转灵活平稳。

     Manual turn to check the pump and motor operate smoothly or not .

 

（3）确认泵及马达周围无障碍物。

     Ensure there’s no obstacle around pump and motor.

 

2启动START

• 
  按下START 按钮；消防泵开始运转。

Push the START button and the fire pump begin to run.

 

• 
  检查泵出口压力及管路是否有泄漏，确认后方可离开。

Check the pressure of pump inlet and outlet and pipe is not leakage .Person left after confire it in good condition .

 

3停止STOP

（1）、按下STOP 按钮，消防泵停止运转。

      Push the STOP button and the fire pump stop running.

 

 警告

     不管任何时候船尾吃水要大于5.1米。

     always keep astern draft more than 5.1 M.
