南京金建业船务有限公司成立于2007年3月，是一家集国际，国内船舶管理，买卖、租赁、船员管理、船员招聘、劳务派遣、新船试航、船务工程、人力资源管理等服务为一体的综合性船舶服务公司。

Established in Mar. 2007, Goldenking Shipping Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive ship services company， covering the areas of international ship management, chartering, seafarer management, recruitment and replace, sea trial , shipping engineering and human resource management.

公司毗邻夫子庙商业中心，总办公面积约为850平米，下设船员管理部、船舶管理部、市场部、综合部、金建业人力资源管理有限公司等部门（公司）。

Adjacent to the business center of Confucius Temple, our company covers an area of 850 square meters , and is equipped with crew department, technical department, marketing department, comprehensive department, with GoldenKing human resource management Co., Ltd. as its subsidiary.

公司建立以来始终坚持专业化、人性化服务的宗旨，以市场和客户价值为导向、确保船舶资产的安全高效营运和人员生命财产有效保障为核心，为船东配备健康、持证、适任的素质良好的船员，同时提供优质船舶管理和海事技术服务。

So far, our company has always been pursuing the principle of professionalization and humanization oriented to market and customer value, to ensure that ship’s productivity is under high operation and personnel life and property are under high protection, providing qualified seafarers to ship-owners and ship management and maritime technical services.

目前公司按ISM规则建立安全管理体系，根据GB/T19001:2008建立了适合企业经营特点的船员管理质量管理体系,取得了交通部和船级社签发的甲类船员服务机构和海员外派机构资质。公司管理人员中有多名资深船长、轮机长专业航海从业人员，具有丰富的船舶、船员管理经验岗位设置清晰、职责规范明确。

So far, we have set up our SMS accordingly to ISM code and a tailor-made QMS accordingly to GB/T19001:2008 standard, and have aquired a qualification of manning license approved by MSA China and class RINA to manage, recruit and place crews for international ship-owners.

We also boast numbers of professional captains and chief engineers who have years of managerial experiences, with clear lines of responsibilities and tasks.

公司成立以来,积极开拓外部市场，不断优化客户，提高船舶管理能力，积极培养吸纳优秀船员资源，提高为船东服务的能力。我们的客户基础已经涵盖国内外广泛的市场，与台湾慧洋、青岛海丰、长航国际、中英公司、FLEET、香港立顺、新加坡南华、新加坡世纪公司、华西远洋、长航凤凰、沙钢恒荣海运、洲际船务等各大航运公司友好合作，提供优质的船舶管理和整套船员劳务服务。

Since its establishment,we positively explore overseas markets, continually optimize our clients, promote our ship management capability, cultivate and absorb excellent crew teams, improve our service ability for ship-owners. Our business has covered broad markets in both domestic and international regions, and we provide high-quality ship management and manning services to Anglo-Eastern Ship Management Group, Huaxi Ocean Shipping,Fleet Management Limited, NW Shipmanagement (Singapore), Century Shipmange (Sigapore), SITC, Wisdom Marine Lines S.A., RASON Hong Kong, Changhang Phoenix, Everest Shipping co.,Seacon Maritime Group etc., .

目前公司管理远洋散货/多用途船6艘（自有2条）自有船员1100余人，整套外派远洋/沿海船舶45条(其中油化船3艘），试航船舶500余艘次（含22艘次40万DWT矿砂船）。通过为船东合理管理及配员的同时，加强对船员的系统培训和跟踪，使公司服务质量得到持续有效的提高，扩大了南京金建业船务公司品牌的影响，通过不断强化公司管理人员及船员的服务理念，为船东创造了良好的经济效益，并得到了船东的充分认可。希望能与广大航运界同行携手合作，共创辉煌！

At present, we manage 6 bulk carriers/general cargo ships ( including 2 self-owned vessels ), over 1100 crews, 41 ocean-going/coastal vessels ( including 3 chemical/oil tankers ). We have taken sea trial for over 500 voyages ( including 22 voyages of ore carriers with 400,000 DWT ).

We have always provided reasonable manning services to ship-owners. Meanwhile, we have strengthened systematical crew training and tracing management to realize continuous effective improvement of our service quality, expanding our brand influence. Moreover, we have strengthened our concept of personnel management, created sound economic benefits for ship-owners, and wined recognition from ship-owners.
