AMSA出新招：海员俱乐部免费，快来玩！不让来？！等着被滞留吧！
经常阅读老编文章的朋友知道，老编最讨厌的是小鬼子，蔫坏。最看不惯的是土澳，硬刚。
刚刚，AMSA发布了一则marine notice，主题是：船员具有获得下地休息的权利（Access to shore leave for seafarers）。
这是件好事。
在这篇marine notice里
AMSA首先重申了MLC2006的2.4条第2款赋予船员应具有上岸休息以获得船员健康和福利及其职务正常运作的权利（Seafarers shall be granted shore leave to benefit their health and well-being and with the operational requirements of their positions.）
随后，AMSA提出上岸休息和享受岸上提供的船员福利设施有利于船员身体和精神的恢复，减少疲劳，船员的这项权利，公司必须要尽力去满足。
然后，AMSA话锋一转。
港：虽然COVID不可能一下子控制住，但是澳大利亚各州已经放松了COVID的管控。
AMSA要求：公司应该充分考虑船员下地休息和享受岸上福利的权利，并给与资金保障。
最后，AMSA威胁到：如果PSCO发现船长或者负责船舶管理的人员限制了船员下地，那么PSCO将采取相应的措施。
随后，AMSA给了各州的俱乐部的联系方式，如果不让下船，船员可以是否联系他们投诉，那要船员自己把控了。
这个通告啥意思呢？
意思是：澳大利亚允许船员下地购物、消费、happy马杀鸡，如果船长、公司不允许，可以投诉给AMSA，他们帮你解决。
如果这算航海日的一项福利，这也算是个好消息了。
按照AMSA的尿性，他们是真滞留，不开玩笑的，老编估计如果公司强制不让下船，是要被滞留了。
根据老编最新收到的消息，已经有船被开缺陷了，大致的缺陷描述是：Seafarers not granted shore leave as required by the Maritime Labour Convention Regulation 2.4.2.An official letter from **Management dated 29 November 2021 (Page 5 of 12) mentions shore leave is strictly prohibited for safety purposes until further notice.（船上没有按照MLC公约的要求，允许船员下地。根据公司2021年11月29签发的文件，严谨船员下地）
AMSA是说干就干，从不撒谎，各位大佬如果船上发了类似的文件，抓紧撤了……
随着疫情的放开，老编推测越来越多的港口会放开船员下地消费。
而不是像网传的某港口，不报备，一次500元，真是发国难财，希望有关部门管一管这帮垃圾。
AMSA公布各口岸海员俱乐部的联系方式，是否营业等信息，详细如下，各位老铁如果前去消费，请做好防护措施。
