（一） 职位概述及工作职责 Job Description联系、沟通及谈判：与国外船东、跨国货主等保持联系，?恰当沟通，

从事国际海运散杂货租船经纪工作，(包括但不限于业务拓展、合同谈判等事宜)

The main purpose of a Shipbroker is to maintain a good relation with clients, and act as a specialist, intermediary and negotiator between foreign shipowners and multi-national charterers to arrange ocean transport of goods and commodities by sea (including but not limited to business development, negotiations of contracts and so on).

（二）任职要求Qualifications/ Skills

（1）基本条件Essential requirements

英语专业/专业8级

或国际贸易专业/CET 6

For English-major graduates, TEM-8 is required.

Or for international trade-major graduates, CET-6 is required

全日制正规本科及以上学历，研究生优先，在校综合学习成绩或综合表现优异者优先；应届生或工作2年以内的活力青年。

Full-time regular bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree is preferred. Excellent academic or comprehensive performance is required. Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years’ working experience are also considered. 

（2）其他重要参考技能 Others The ideal candidate should also have：

优秀的学习能力

Excellent learning ability

熟练的电脑操作技巧和能力

Familiar with Computer Office Software

较优秀的语言表达能力

Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
