英语是不是非常重要啊

大家好，谁能告诉我英语怎么学啊，我怎么学都是不会，谁能告诉我学习的方法啊。再问一下老海员们。英语需要过几级才能上海啊。

要是跑国内就不用学英语·
要是跑远洋的话就必须英语过关啊·
不过专业英语也是很好学的啊·2

of course English is very important . If you cannot speak english frequently ,how you can contract with foreign friends easliy when you are on the ship .So you must or force yourself to study English .

I can't imagine that there's a wife of a seaman whose English are quite well~! But you should mind your spelling first. I think you can teach me more about that, do you think so?

frequently or fluently?
contract or contact

And the structure "must" seems not quite right you are using here. must is a axualiar verb and don't put it with other verbs on the same level. Although it seems redundant, but I think that "Learning English is only way to achieve it. So you must do it or force yourself to do it"　("it" in the middle of the sentence can be omitted.)

there's no usage of "contact with" first if you use it as a verb, "contact" always goes with "with" when it's a noun.

But I must speak frankly that you're a good English speaker, or a good learner a least.
